詐欺ショッピングサイトが、弊社の連絡先・会社概要などを無断で掲載、メールに記載するなどの違法行為が発生しました。

事例：インターネットで欲しい商品を検索、注文した。（ショップ名は I・Ｄ・Store、オレンジノートなど ) その後、メールのやり取りをして購入代金を振り込んだ。その際、株式会社イル・モンド・ジャパンと書かれていた。（←弊社は、前（株）ではなく後（株）です）代金はゆうちょ銀行（三井住友銀行のケースもあり）あてに振込した。（←弊社はゆうちょ銀行や三井住友銀行に口座を有しておりません）振込先口座名は、イル・モンド・ジャパンではなく、個人名だった。振込後、連絡がつかなくなった。また、ショッピングサイトも繋がらなくなった。（←数日後、詐欺サイトが不法に表示したと思われる弊社の連絡先に被害者である購入者が電話連絡をしてきたことで判明。）
